1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 67pak ("67pak", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming information platform accessible at https://67pak.cam ("Platform").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 67pak Platform — whether as a registered user or a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

67pak is an online betting and gaming information service primarily targeting Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities. These Terms govern all aspects of your interaction with the Platform, including account registration, deposits, wagering, bonus participation and responsible gambling features.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 67pak website located at https://67pak.cam, including all pages, features, tools, content and services offered thereon.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile created through the Platform's registration process.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to a financial stake placed by a User on an outcome of a sporting event, casino game or other eligible market.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit, free bet, cashback offer or other incentive made available by 67pak to eligible Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum cumulative wager amount that must be completed before Bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required before account activation or withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for account balances, deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering policies and obligations applicable to the Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" refers to deposit limits, session time caps, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available to registered Users.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 67pak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your use of the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 67pak or subjected to a mandatory account closure for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently experiencing, a problem gambling disorder that has resulted in registration with a recognised self-exclusion scheme.

67pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure without liability to 67pak.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, whether registered under the same identity or different identities, are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 67pak reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed wagers.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a contact number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

67pak operates a KYC verification process in accordance with applicable AML standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your Account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, Passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bank statement, mobile wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds declaration where required by AML policy

67pak may delay or suspend withdrawals pending KYC completion. Providing false or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. 67pak will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

67pak accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. These may include bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — listed for reference only and subject to availability. Payment-method availability may vary. 67pak does not represent or imply endorsement or support for gambling by any payment provider.

Minimum deposit amounts will be stated at the time of transaction. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that the deposit source has cleared. 67pak processes withdrawals using the same payment method as the original deposit wherever possible.

Processing times vary by payment method. 67pak does not guarantee same-day processing. In cases where fraud checks or AML reviews are required, processing may take longer. We will communicate any delays through your registered account.

6. Bonus & Promotions Policy

67pak may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus figures cited (e.g., "100% match up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as live promotions in your account dashboard.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.
• A minimum deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000) is typically required to activate a deposit-match bonus. This threshold may vary per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.
• 67pak reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that bonus abuse, exploitation of loopholes or fraudulent multi-accounting has occurred.
• Employees, affiliates and associates of 67pak are not eligible to participate in any bonus scheme.

67pak reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where doing so would affect a bonus already claimed and actively being wagered.

7. Betting Rules & Wager Validity

All bets placed on 67pak are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport or casino product. The following general rules apply across all betting markets:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, as evidenced by a bet reference number issued to the User.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (excluding designated in-play markets) may be voided without notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void by the relevant governing body, applicable void rules will apply as stated in the market-specific terms.
• Cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan series — are subject to Duckworth-Lewis adjustment rules and weather-related void policies.
• Live/in-play market odds are subject to change in real time. 67pak does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific fixture.
• Accumulator/parlay bets require all legs to win for a full payout. A voided leg is typically treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated without that selection.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per market apply. These limits will be communicated within each market's betting interface.

67pak reserves the right to void any wager placed in circumstances that constitute a manifest error in odds, a technical fault causing incorrect prices to be published, or any circumstance in which the integrity of the market has been compromised.

8. User Obligations

By using the 67pak Platform, you represent, warrant and undertake that you will at all times:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and when prompted by KYC processes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, taxation and financial transactions.
• Use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• Not attempt to access the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law.
• Promptly notify 67pak of any change to your personal details, payment method or eligibility status.
• Use the Responsible Gambling tools available to you to manage your gambling behaviour within safe personal limits.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not permit any third party to use your account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 67pak Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate odds or circumvent security measures.
• Exploiting Platform errors, technical bugs or manifest odds mistakes for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other Users to guarantee outcomes through collusion, match-fixing or related conduct.
• Using deposit and withdrawal mechanics to launder money or facilitate any form of financial fraud.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that constitutes exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting eligibility during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or distribute any portion of the Platform's software, content or intellectual property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 67pak Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 67pak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 67pak.

67pak is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board), PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC (International Cricket Council), any cricket franchise, any payment service provider mentioned on the Platform or any Pakistani governmental authority. All third-party names referenced on the Platform are used for contextual and descriptive purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67pak, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform, regardless of the circumstances.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, server interruptions or security breaches beyond 67pak's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, market prices or game outcomes caused by data feed providers or third-party software vendors.
• Loss of data, loss of profits or other economic loss resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, financial institutions or mobile wallet operators.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 67pak makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party odds data. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

12. Responsible Gambling

67pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logouts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected period and cannot be overridden.

14. Amendments to Terms

67pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting user rights, financial terms or eligibility — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will be the version applicable to that dispute. We recommend you review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 67pak is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any rights on Pakistani governmental authorities or as implying that use of the Platform is authorised, licensed or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory body.
