Safe Play & Player Wellbeing

Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment — and it should always stay that way. 67pak is committed to giving Pakistani players the tools, information and support they need to stay in control, set limits and make informed choices every time they play.

If gambling is causing you distress right now: Stop playing immediately. Close the app. Talk to someone you trust or contact a support helpline. You are not alone — help is available. Responsible gambling support is accessible 24/7.

Our Commitment

Play Safe with 67pak

At 67pak, responsible gambling isn't a legal checkbox — it sits at the core of how we operate. We believe Pakistani players deserve clear, honest tools that put them firmly in control of their gambling activity, their spending and their time.

Every registered user on the 67pak platform has immediate access to deposit limits, loss caps, session time controls, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools cost nothing to use and take only minutes to activate. No barriers, no waiting.

We serve players from Karachi to Islamabad, Lahore to Peshawar. Regardless of where you are in Pakistan, the same responsible gambling protections apply to your account — and our support team is reachable around the clock if you need to talk things through.

Gambling should always be funded from discretionary income — never from household essentials, borrowed money or funds set aside for rent, school fees or family expenses. If you ever find yourself considering that, pause and use one of the tools described on this page.

The 67pak Safe Play Pledge

We commit to the following responsible gambling standards for every Pakistani player on the platform:

  • Strictly 18+ access — age verification enforced during account registration
  • Deposit, loss and session time limits available in every account dashboard
  • Self-exclusion processed immediately with no cooling-off or override period
  • Responsible gambling reminders displayed during extended play sessions
  • No bonus offers, promotional messages or marketing sent to self-excluded users
  • Staff trained to identify and respond to problem gambling indicators
  • Clear, jargon-free information about risks on every product page
  • Signposting to recognised support resources on this page and throughout the platform
Account Controls

Your Responsible Gambling Tools

All tools below are available to every registered 67pak user at no cost, accessible directly from your account settings. No delay, no approval process needed.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your account. For example, you might set a PKR 5,000 daily limit or a PKR 20,000 monthly ceiling. Increases take 24 hours to apply; reductions take effect immediately.

Loss Limits

Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly. Once your loss limit is reached for that period, betting is automatically suspended until the period resets. A PKR 10,000 weekly loss cap is a sensible starting point for many players.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous play duration. After your session time expires, you receive an alert and the option to log out. This is especially valuable during PSL evening sessions or late-night casino play when time can pass quickly without notice.

Cooling-Off Period

Step away for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without fully closing your account. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. This tool is designed for players who need a break without committing to permanent exclusion.

Self-Exclusion

Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the selected period. Options range from 6 months up to permanent closure. Contact support to activate this at any time.

Reality Checks

Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session. These prompts are designed to keep you aware and in control — not to interrupt the experience.

How Limits Work

Setting Smart Limits

Limits are most effective when set before you start a session, not during one. When you are in the flow of a cricket match or a live casino hand, it is harder to make objective financial decisions. Take two minutes during a calm moment to configure your limits — it is one of the most impactful things you can do for long-term responsible gambling.

A practical approach used by many responsible players: determine your monthly discretionary entertainment budget, divide it into four weekly allowances, and set that weekly figure as both your deposit limit and loss limit. This way, gambling always stays within a pre-agreed personal budget.

Reducing a Limit

Takes effect immediately. If you want a lower deposit cap or tighter loss limit, the change is applied the moment you save it in account settings. No waiting period applies to limit reductions.

Increasing a Limit

Subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit takes effect. This delay is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider and ensures increases cannot be made impulsively in the heat of a session.

Removing a Limit

Removing a previously set limit also triggers a 24-hour hold. You will be asked to confirm the removal by email before it is processed. We recommend keeping at least a monthly deposit limit active at all times.

Limit Visibility

Your current limits are always visible in your account dashboard. Your remaining daily/weekly/monthly allowance is shown in real time next to your balance, so you always know exactly where you stand before you place a bet.

Multi-Account Enforcement

Limits and self-exclusion settings are tied to your verified identity, not just your account credentials. This means attempting to register a new account to bypass limits will result in detection, closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone — experienced punters and occasional recreational players alike. The earlier warning signs are recognised, the easier it is to address them before they escalate. Read through the indicators below honestly.

If three or more of the following apply to your gambling behaviour in the past 30 days, we strongly encourage you to use a cooling-off period or self-exclusion tool immediately, and to seek support from one of the resources listed further down this page.

01
Chasing Losses

Returning to the platform specifically to recover money you have already lost. This cycle often accelerates losses and is one of the most common early indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

02
Gambling with Money You Cannot Afford

Using money earmarked for rent, school fees, household expenses, Easypaisa/JazzCash bill payments or emergency savings for gambling purposes.

03
Hiding Gambling from Family or Friends

Feeling the need to conceal your betting activity, the amounts wagered or wins/losses from people close to you — particularly family members in your household.

04
Preoccupation with Betting

Thinking about gambling constantly — planning next sessions, reliving past wins or losses, checking odds at work or late at night when you should be sleeping.

05
Inability to Stop or Cut Back

Having genuinely tried to reduce your gambling or quit entirely on multiple occasions but finding yourself unable to maintain those decisions beyond a few days.

06
Neglecting Responsibilities

Work performance, family commitments or social relationships suffering as a result of time or mental energy devoted to gambling activity.

Understanding Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gambling tool available on 67pak. When you self-exclude, your account is immediately suspended, all marketing communications are stopped and you cannot log in, deposit or wager for the duration of the exclusion period you select.

Self-exclusion is not a sign of weakness — it is a deliberate, courageous decision to protect your own wellbeing and your family's financial security. We process every self-exclusion request without delay, without questions and without any attempt to dissuade you.

Available Exclusion Periods:

6
Months
1
Year
3
Years
5
Years
∞
Permanent

Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed or shortened — regardless of circumstances. This is a firm protection, not a soft preference setting. At the end of the exclusion period, you will need to actively re-register and complete a verification step before access is restored.

To activate self-exclusion, log into your account, navigate to Responsible Gambling settings and select your preferred exclusion period. Alternatively, contact our support team directly at [email protected] and request immediate account suspension — no account login required.

18+

Adults Only — No Exceptions

67pak enforces strict age verification at account registration. Every user must confirm they are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction — before any account is approved.

Age verification is not a formality. It is a firm gate. Users who provide false age information will have their account permanently closed and any balance forfeited. Under-18 access is not tolerated under any circumstances.

Pakistan has a young population and an active online sports culture — especially around cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournaments. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect a minor has accessed this platform, contact us immediately.

Protecting Minors

Age Verification & Parental Controls

Beyond platform-level controls, parents and guardians in Pakistan can take additional steps to prevent young people from accessing online gambling sites. Consider the following practical measures:

Device-Level Parental Controls

Android and iOS devices both offer parental control settings that restrict access to specific app categories and websites. Enable content filters through your device's Family Link, Screen Time or equivalent parental control system.

Router-Level Filtering

Most home WiFi routers sold in Pakistan support website category blocking. Configure your router's parental controls to block gambling-related domains across all household devices connected to your network.

Open Conversations

Talking openly with young people about the risks of gambling — including financial loss and addiction — is one of the most effective prevention strategies. Include gambling awareness in broader financial literacy conversations at home.

Report Underage Access

If you believe a minor has registered on 67pak, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action within one business day.

Quick Self-Assessment

Reflect honestly on these questions. If several apply to your recent behaviour, consider taking a break or activating a limit.

Q1 Have you gambled with money you could not afford to lose in the past month?
Q2 Have you felt a need to bet with larger amounts to get the same level of excitement?
Q3 Have you returned to gambling on another day to try to win back money you lost?
Q4 Have you borrowed money or sold something to finance gambling?
Q5 Have you felt restless, irritable or anxious when trying to cut down on gambling?
Q6 Has gambling affected your relationship with family, work or daily responsibilities?
If you answered "Yes" to 1–2 questions: Your gambling appears broadly recreational. Continue using deposit and session limits to stay in control.

If you answered "Yes" to 3–4 questions: Some signs of risky gambling are present. We recommend activating a cooling-off period and reviewing your limits. Speaking to a trusted person may also help.

If you answered "Yes" to 5–6 questions: These responses suggest gambling may be causing you harm. Please activate self-exclusion immediately and reach out to a responsible gambling support organisation. You do not need to manage this alone.

Gambling is Entertainment

The house always has a mathematical edge. No betting system, prediction tool or "hot streak" can permanently overcome the house edge. Treat every wagered Rupee as the price of entertainment — not an investment. Budget accordingly.

Losses Are the Norm

Most gambling sessions end in a net loss over time — that is how the economics of betting work. Occasional wins are real but not representative. If you are playing PSL markets or live casino regularly, expect losing sessions to be more frequent than winning ones.

Emotions Affect Decisions

Never gamble when emotionally distressed, following a painful cricket loss or after consuming alcohol. Emotional states impair financial decision-making and dramatically increase the risk of chasing losses or placing impulsive oversized bets.
